The Coach retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services and all related content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Coach and its affiliates, partners, and licensors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services.

The Coach reserves the right to terminate your use of the Services at any time without notice if you breach any of these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use the Services will automatically terminate, and you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Alberta, Canada.
